| Registration Fee: |
There is a required registration fee of $100.00 to cover meeting costs. All registration fees should be submitted no later than February 7, 2005. Payments must be made by credit card. Please submit the card number with an expiration date on the online registration form.
NOTE:
Federal Employees will pay a registration fee based on the time they will be on site if they plan to attend any of the meal functions.
