2008 IGERT Project Meeting

Call for Poster Abstracts

Poster Instructions

We look forward to posters from the IGERT Trainees! Here is your chance to share what you are doing and to get feedback from IGERT folks, NSF personnel and invited guests. It's also your opportunity to show how your IGERT training has helped you to communicate across disciplines, i.e., your research problem, its importance and results to the 250+ attendees. Poster space is limited to 120 and space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis at a limit of 1 poster per IGERT!

Posters can be about any stage of your research from early phase to providing results, interesting data, and their interpretation. Your poster should illustrate the interdisciplinary theme of the IGERT in some way. Please note that the posters should be prepared keeping in mind a non-specialist audience.

Please refer to the Poster Guidelines link on the meeting website to get information on the size and layout instructions for posters. We encourage you to set up posters on Sunday evening, May 18 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Posters will be available for viewing and discussion from Sunday evening, all day Monday and culminate Monday evening with a dedicated poster session. Posters must be dismantled after Monday evening session ends.
