| Sleeping Rooms: |
EDJ has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at The Westin Arlington for this meeting. To receive the special conference rate of $188.00 per night + tax, you must call the hotel and reserve a room in the "NSF IGERT" block by Wednesday, April 16, 2008 After this date, the hotel will offer sleeping rooms on a space and rate-available basis, only. Participants may also book, modify, or cancel reservations online at the NSF IGERT PROJECT MEETING 2008 website provided by the hotel.
Note: The Westin hotel requires that if you must cancel your reservation, you will need to do so 72 hours prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid being charged a no-show fee.

| Registration Instructions: |
NSF expects that each IGERT will send a PI (or Co-PI) and a graduate Trainee. Space is limited for this meeting consequently no additional/optional invitees will be accommodated.
Online registration will be available until 12:00 midnight on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 for this meeting. The required registration fee is $165.00, and it will be used to cover most meeting costs. All registrations not submitted by April 16 will be processed on-site at the meeting. EDJ will accept checks and credit card payments before and at the meeting. Checks should be received no later than Wednesday, April 30, and after that date those payments should be brought on site.

Once you have registered, you may re-enter the website to update your information or pay your registration fee by going to the Participant Login page. Please be sure to keep a record of your Registration ID number (located at the top of the confirmation e-mail you should receive after registering) to re-enter the site. You will need both the Registration ID number and your e-mail address to modify your registration form.
