Ms. Moody has senior level experience managing large, domestic and
international, health-related conferences and logistical support services
contracts. She also has project management expertise and experience
in peer and grant review management. Ms. Moody is a meticulous administrator
and creative innovator with extensive knowledge of government travel
and acquisitions regulations. Ms. Moody has experience in the development
and publication of conference proceedings, speaker and subject matter
expert identification, needs assessment of conference participants,
site selection, on-site management, hotel and vendor negotiations,
document translation, simultaneous interpretation, database management,
and mass mailings.

Vice President of Contract Administration
Attorney David Moretti is a graduate of Syracuse University where he earned
a bachelors degree in political science. He completed his Juris Doctorate at
the Faculty of Law and Jurisprudence at the State University of New York at
Buffalo in 1983. He is licensed to practice in five (5) states, and brings to
EDJ twenty-three (23) years of experience representing high net worth
businesses in both local and international ventures and transactions.
David Moretti's legal expertise includes private and government contracts,
entity formation, mergers and acquisitions of small and medium-sized
businesses, and private placement equity funding.
